I was out of town on Tuesday the 26th, and it was a full day of mileage, visiting and keeping up with family. As great as the day was there is only so much yakking and “remember when” that can be fit in and it is then time to head home. Today was bill sort day as the first of the month is close. I try to do as much on line as possible as I hate having to buy stamps.

I just popped in a batch of pre-cooked meatballs smothered in Alfredo sauce (covered pan) into the oven for supper. No doubt D.C. will whip up a batch of instant potatoes – can’t let the Alfredo go to waste.

I so appreciate the chance to have a site that allows me to share what I know and who I am with my children. There is a whole of “me” that day to day living doesn’t uncover because the world seems to spin a whole lot faster than it used to. What has been created today 2/24/2013 for me is all that is needed for now.

Grammies are determined to seek and search knowledge. If I only stick to what I know I will not experience growth. I think the ins and outs of a blog have huge capabilities for knowledge – but only with the help of patient teachers – KMS – that means you! Right now I have two more pillowcases to whip out to make it an even dozen for Megan before I can close down my annex for a bit and do a crossword puzzle.

The Voyage
Right about this time last year I set sail for a voyage to a healthier life style for myself. I have extended my boarding pass and will continue on the trip. There have been a few more ports of call than I had anticipated but the good news is that I have not had to turn around and begin from my initial starting point. It’s got to be either this or better and I am on board for the better. As the voyage continues I find it is smoother sailing if I keep very busy. (More …)
